Xamarin.Android - Android L Notifications

This sample demonstrates how new features for notifications introduced in Android L are used such as Heads-Up notifications, visibility, people, category and priority metadata. (Priority metadata has been present since Jelly Bean, but actually unused).

Instructions

  • Run the project
  • Each tab allows you to change different metadata settings for the notifications.
  • To show the notification, tap the Show Notification button.

  • Xamarin Studio 5.3+
  • Xamarin Android 4.17+
  • Android SDK (L Preview)
