Remarks
The level of the media content. Depending on the type of media this can be one of the level values defined in this class.
Note that VP9 decoder on platforms before android.os.Build.VERSION_CODES#N may not advertise a profile level support. For those VP9 decoders, please use VideoCapabilities to determine the codec capabilities.
