Returns the double value of the tag that is specified as rational or contains a double-formatted value.

Remarks

Returns the double value of the tag that is specified as rational or contains a double-formatted value. If there is no such tag in the image file or the value cannot be parsed as double, return <var>defaultValue</var>.
