Clips (or "crops") the image to the specified rect.
Fills the rect with the active color.
FillRect(RectangleF, CGBlendMode)
Blends the active color into the rect.
Draws the rect without filling its interior.
StrokeRect(RectangleF, CGBlendMode)
Draws the rect edges using blendMode and does not fill the interior.
