public class Int32Converter : BaseNumberConverter

This converter can only convert a 32-bit signed integer object to and from a string. The Int32 value type represents signed integers with values ranging from negative 2,147,483,648 through positive 2,147,483,647.

The erload:System.ComponentModel.TypeConverter.ConvertFrom method uses the Int32.Parse(String) method of Int32 with the integer value of NumberStyles.

The erload:System.ComponentModel.TypeConverter.ConvertTo method uses the general ("G") format for the string returned.

For more information about type converters, see the TypeConverter base class and How to: Implement a Type Converter.

You should never create an instance of an Int32Converter. Instead, call the TypeDescriptor.GetConverter(Object) method of TypeDescriptor. For more information, see the examples in the TypeConverter base class.
