Sets the bit at the specified index to the complement of its current value.

Flip(Int32, Int32)

Sets each bit from the specified fromIndex (inclusive) to the specified toIndex (exclusive) to the complement of its current value.

Flip(Int32)

Sets the bit at the specified index to the complement of its current value.
