Remarks

The ContentSize property specifies the total scrollable area, visible or not, of the UIScrollView. The application developer must set the ContentSize property to a value greater than the UIScrollView's Frame to get the expected scrolling behavior. The ContentSize is generally the union of the Frames of the UIScrollView's subviews, but this is not necessarily the case (sometimes, drawing geometry can be made easier or more consistent by having Frames that are partially unreachable by scrolling).
